Meccano Spares Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of the parts being unsuitable please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the parts. We will arrange a replacement or refund as agreed. Any parts returned to Meccano Spares must be packed to avoid damage in transit back to us, ideally in the same packaging that they were originally shipped in.

If the parts are to be returned to us, a refund will only be given if the parts are received by us in then same condition as they were originally sent. We reserve the right to deduct a minimum 10% handling fee from any refunds on returned parts to cover the time taken to check and book the parts back into stock. We reserve the right to increase this to 100% of the parts selling price if the returned parts arrive in a damaged or unsaleable condition.
