Confirmation of Order Status

We will confirm that your order has been received and shipped using the email address you give us. It is your responsibility to give us a valid email address, we cannot be held responsible for being unable to communicate with you if we are given an incorrect or invalid email address.


For UK orders, we will accept Credit or Debit Card (details taken over the phone or via the website; processed by Sagepay), or a Cheque in GBP. We also accept Paypal for payment.

For non UK orders Credit or Debit cards are accepted for most major countries, with payments processed by Sagepay. We also accept Paypal for payment from everywhere.

If you pay by cheque, we will only ship your order after the cheque has been received. For larger order values, we reserve the right not to ship parts until the cheque has cleared first.


You are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address. We will not be responsible if your shipment does not arrive if we are given an incorrect shipping address, or if you do not make suitable arrangements for receiving the shipment when it arrives.

Please advise us at the time of ordering if you have any special delivery requirements, or if you would like shipping delayed for any reason.

We reserve the right to reject or ask for extra payment if any order is received where an insufficient shipping amount has been added to the order total.

In the unlikely event of a shipment not arriving, please wait for the following times before contacting us.

UK Shipments - 1 week.
European Shipments - 2 weeks.
Rest of World Shipments - 3 weeks.

Item Availability

There may be some circumstances which results in the non availability of a particular item you have ordered. In this case, we will contact you and suggest a suitable alternative part or refund as appropriate.
